What’s impressive in this case, is that a low volatility rating accompanies that big top prize. While usually you get paid smaller prizes, there is a chance that you will claim a 10,000x jackpot, which is unusual for this sort of slot.
Where the game doesn’t do as well, is long-term, as the RTP of 95.12% is lower than I’d like.
Slot Features
The Piggy King is the symbol that will trigger the Golden Path when it lands three times on reels 2-4. You spin a wheel there, and you find out how many steps you take on the ladder. You claim the prize available when you get the Collect message.
A Piggy Queen scatter is landing on the last three reels, and giving you 15 free spins. The feature can be retriggered.
Finally, there is the Piggy Joker, a symbol that may land on the first three reels. It is the trigger for a picking feature, where you add up all multipliers collected inside.
Over this entire thing, there is a Wheel of Luck, which can grant access to the other three features. Depending on the symbols that you collect, the odds of getting a certain feature will be higher. The wheel costs 10x to spin.
Theme & Design
It’s a funny design, with pigs from a king’s court being its main characters. The King, the Queen, and a Joker are the three main feature symbols. Premium positions are occupied by Diamonds, Stars, and Crowns. There are three lesser symbols as well, the Q to A Royals.
Conclusion
I liked the Piggy Luck game overall, particularly since it can pay amazingly well for a low volatility slot. The presence of unique features and funny graphics didn’t hurt either.
