Fishin Bigger Pots of Gold Slot Machine: Review & Demo
Gameburger Studios is set to release Fishin Bigger Pots of Gold in the coming months, as a sequel for another game of theirs. As with the other slot, we’re expecting this one to be available exclusively at Games Global casinos (Microgaming’s platform was acquired by them).
They used 10 paylines for the 5x3 reels of Fishin Bigger Pots of Gold game, but you can get up to 20 lines and a larger game area during free spins. With the right jackpots, cash prizes, and multipliers, winning up to 22,826x the stake is considered possible. While this means that volatility will be high, at least the RTP is satisfying at 96.05%. A few major features would be the Collect mechanic, random modifiers, and free spins.
Fishin Bigger Pots of Gold Betting and Prizes
You are allowed to spend up to $25 on a single spin, but the starting point for the betting range is $0.20.
Especially during the free spins, this slot machine can pay incredibly well. The Collect mechanic is responsible for those big payouts, as it can deliver fixed jackpots of up to 7,500x the stake, while regular cash prizes can get multipliers applied before they’re collected. Overall, a win of up to 22,826x the stake is mentioned as a possible reward.
While I’m not a fan of its high volatility, the RTP of 96.05% is acceptable.
Slot Features
You’re able to use special Collect symbols (leprechaun) to get paid. This is a 5th reel symbol, which will collect all cash prizes (fish symbols pay up to 1,000x) and fixed jackpots (up to 7,500x the stake).
When you go through a losing spin, but there is a Collect symbol visible, you might get a second chance, with several cash symbols added to the reels.
As for the main feature, it takes the form of free spins, activated with help from 3 or more scatters. In exchange, the player gets up to 20 free spins. A multiplier is possible for the cash symbols which are collected, and you either progress on a special trail to get a higher value, or you start off with a better option if the Upsizer triggers for you.
Otherwise, you get the Collect symbols on the trail, and for every 3 you receive 5 more spins and a boost to the multiplier (2x, 3x, 5x, and then 10x).
Theme & Design
Expect a fishing-themed design, with similar graphics to those you got in the previous release. There are fish with cash prizes attached, a leprechaun as a fisherman who collects them, and then the regular symbols (Royals and various fishing-themed symbols, such as lures, anchors, or fishing boats).
Conclusion
Fishin Bigger Pots of Gold is a pretty good new slot overall, with powerful features that can end up being highly profitable. The entire action revolves around the Collection mechanic, there isn’t much else to keep you busy.
