Fire Gnomes Slot Machine: Review & Demo
Fire Gnomes is the second slot machine to use the BIG BuildUp mechanic, and it’s a Games Global exclusive designed by Crazy Tooth Studio. The gnomes and their way of life are central to the theme and design of this slot machine. There are a bunch of different major features that look interesting.
Fire Gnomes comes with an unusual setup, relying on 4x5 reels that get a total of 95 active lines. The potential of the slot is fine, as it pays up to 6,788x the stake, but there is also high volatility and an RTP range (which does go up to 96.18%, so that’s fine if you can get it). A few of the big features to expect inside include the wild symbols, multipliers, and free spins.
Betting and Prizes
You need to spend at least $0.15 per spin to get access to all those active lines. Wagers can be increased as high as $30.
The big prize of Fire Gnomes could go over $200,000 since the return that’s mentioned is 6,788x the stake. You would need the maximum bet to get there. The slot machine is not easy to play since the volatility will be high, but there is quite a bit going on, so that should keep you occupied.
The RTP mentioned can reach 96.18%, but that’s the highest setting, and you have to make sure that it’s the one selected by the casino.
Fire Gnomes Slot Features
A combination of regular wilds for the paid spins and up to 5x multiplier wilds during free spins will help make the slot’s action more exciting.
An interesting mechanic is the Build-Up, with symbols that can land on the 1st and 4th reels. These are overlay symbols, which the slot collects for you. If you trigger the right symbols, the Big Build-up bonus game triggers, and you get to use the collected wilds and prizes. Up to 500x can be paid by these prizes that were collected.
The other big feature will consist of 5 free spins using gnomes as modifiers. You can get from them a multiplier for certain columns or rows, bigger prizes, and more free spins with higher multipliers.
Theme & Design
Fire Gnomes obviously inspire the action of the slot, and behind the reels, we see the huge toadstools in which they have built their homes. Some of its symbols give us card suits, but the better ones show several variants of the said toadstools, colored in green, red, or pink.
Conclusion
Fire Gnomes comes with a good mix of unique special features, a 4-reel setup, and a fun design, making it an interesting option in Games Global’s slot collection in more ways than one.
