Amazon Kingdom Slot Machine: Review & Demo
A joint release, from Games Global (Microgaming’s platform was acquired by them) and Just For The Win, Amazon Kingdom is going to be a slot machine that offers plenty of advanced features, along with modern graphics.
The Amazon Kingdom has 5x4 reels, and that game area is going to host 30 active lines. You’re going to target top prizes of 5,000x the stake, and there will be high volatility mixed with a 96.21% RTP as well. A couple of interesting features are added in, such as wilds, Wild Scrolls, free spins, and Super free spins, along with a Queen’s Bonus.
Amazon Kingdom Betting and Prizes
The full range of Amazon Kingdom’s bets is between $0.20 and $50.
With the maximum bet active, a jackpot of $250,000 could be paid out in the Amazon Kingdom. That’s a 5,000x the stake top prize, which is only acceptable in a highly volatile game, and not impressive by any means. Still, there are RTP values of up to 96.21%, so the odds can be OK in the long run.
Slot Features
A Wild logo will be present in the game, ready to help out when its position allows it. It’s going to be a substitute usually, but sometimes it may also be present on multiple positions of the same line, at which point you could claim prizes of 10x the stake.
You are going to collect bonus symbols when they land, in special locations present at the top of each reel. Get three bonus symbols there, to trigger the Wild Scroll feature. It’s going to appear from the top, and will slowly expand over multiple rounds until it reaches the bottom. This means that you will get wilds on that reel for several spins until they’re removed.
There is also a Queen’s Bonus, which is random, but it still has the requirement of at least 1 bonus symbol present. Not an advanced feature, but your picks could lead to prizes worth up to 5,000x the wager (top jackpot).
Scatter symbols can land at most three times in a single spin. If they land only twice, a point will be collected to a meter, which will allow the free spins to be upgraded to Super status (when you have 20 points).
The regular free spins require three scatters, and they give you a Wild Scroll, to begin with on the 3rd reel. A 2x multiplier applies to wins. The feature is done when you have no more Wild Scrolls present.
Super Free Spins begin with 2 wild scrolls, on the 2nd and 4th columns. The multiplier is 5x.
Theme & Design
You’re looking at Aztec-themed graphics, modern ones that will nonetheless show things that are common for slot machines like these. There will be several Royals as lower value options, while the premium ones have leopards, birds, crocodiles, or images of the princess and the warrior.
Conclusion
The Amazon Kingdom is an adequate option these days, a modern new slot with pretty graphics. I’m sure many would’ve appreciated a higher RTP from it though.
