Action Boost: Gorilla Gems Slot Machine: Review & Demo
Action Boost: Gorilla Gems was designed by SpinPlay Games, and you can expect this slot machine to become available through Games Global’s platform in the near future. The action revolves around jungle creatures, but obviously, you’re looking for some kind of treasure as you’re spinning its reels.
You’re going to have 5 reels in Action Boost: Gorilla Gems, and a total of 20-40 active lines can bring you wins each round. A 5,000x top jackpot looks pretty good since the slot’s volatility is medium, and you can also get a 96.39% RTP from it. The features to watch out for are the Gorilla Wild, mystery symbols, and the Banana Gems which land as overlays, eventually bringing you their version of the free spins.
Betting and Prizes
It will cost you a minimum of $0.20 to get the reels spinning. Up to $50 can be used for the wagers of the next round.
As usual, the upper limit for the rewards paid in this Games Global release will be $250,000 cash. With the maximum bet, you could get a return of up to 5,000x the stake from Action Boost: Gorilla Gems. I’m satisfied with that potential, given the medium volatility/risk involved.
When it comes to returns, the average one for the long run is at 96.39%, at least for the max setting.
Action Boost: Gorilla Gems Slot Features
You’re going to want the Gorilla Wild to show up as often as possible. It’s not just because it is a wild symbol and it can substitute for others. When forming combinations by itself, it pays more than any other symbol, up to 10x the stake on each line.
The slot has mystery symbols, called Random Reveal, which will all transform into a single type each round.
It also has Banana Gems that appear as overlays over regular symbols. They’re collected by the game, and there is a chance that they will trigger a free spins feature. Depending on the type of banana, the free spins variant is different.
You can get 5 free spins from Green Bananas, where there are 5x6 reels and 40 active lines, with expanding wilds possible. The Red Bananas give you 10 spins, where you can collect jewels to win a fixed jackpot of up to 5,000x. From the Purple Banana, there are 5 free spins possible, where multipliers of up to 5x are randomly assigned to each round.
Theme & Design
It’s a fairly basic jungle-themed slot machine, with a waterfall and vegetation in the background, while on the reels you’re getting either Royals or images of wild creatures (alligator, parrot, leopard, gorilla).
Conclusion
Action Boost: Gorilla Gems has a decent game area for you to play through, it can pay a fair amount, and there are enough modern features that players can explore over a longer session.
