9 Gifts of Christmas Slot Machine: Review & Demo
As is the custom every year, Games Global is preparing to release a brand new slot machine for the holidays. They’re working with Aurum Signature Studios for this one, and it’s going to be called 9 Gifts of Christmas. Like with several other recent slots of theirs, the Epic Strike mechanic will be incorporated, along with the usual mix of fixed jackpots that it can deliver.
You’re going to get the usual 20 active lines from the 5x3 reels used by 9 Gifts of Christmas. The slot’s features are pretty impressive, as they give you free spins with multipliers, regular wilds, and also the Epic Strike jackpot ladder. Expect top wins of up to 2,000x from this game, which has medium volatility and an RTP of up to 96.24%.
Betting and Prizes
The minimum amount that can go into the next spin is $0.20. The maximum bet is $60.
Big wins may come your way either during free spins or during paid rounds, as the wild symbols pay well even without the multipliers of the main features. There is also a 2,000x Epic Strike jackpot which is paid during regular spins if the right symbols land in big-enough numbers.
The volatility is at a medium level. Its RTP gets to 96.24%, but there is usually a range in these Games Global-released exclusives.
9 Gifts of Christmas Slot Features
A lot of players will appreciate the presence of the Epic Strike jackpot. It’s quite powerful, and it’s not complex. You just need 3 to 9 of the right scatters (Gift symbols) to land, and a prize of up to 2,000x is immediately paid.
The slot has its own wild, a Star symbol. You usually get it to help as a substitute, but it can also pay directly, and a combo of five will give you 125x the stake from just one line.
As for the main feature, for most players that one takes the form of free spins. You need three Santa symbols present somewhere on reels 2-4, in order to get access to a special wheel. The wheel spins once and delivers a number of free spins and a multiplier for them. The best option gives you 30 free games and 3x multipliers to triple all wins. You will retrigger the feature with the same number of spins and multiplier.
Theme & Design
It’s got a Christmas-themed design that has all the right decorations, and enough appropriate symbols. The top-paying icons are Triple, Double, and Single Red Sevens which have a snow motif, while the others deliver chocolates, bells, Bar envelopes, and mistletoe.
Conclusion
9 Gifts of Christmas has all the markings of a solid slot machine, with some of the company’s most popular features implemented inside, plus that holiday theme that everyone wants at the end of the year.
